Are you an innovative Teacher with a multitude of skills and the ability to teach both ICT and Design and Technology?

Vision for Education is currently recruiting on behalf of Secondary schools in and around the Rotherham area, who currently require support with their need for a Teacher of DT with some KS3 ICT within the timetable.
The role
This is a supply role, however would be a part-time or full time teacher who is looking to teach flexible days that could lead to a long-term role within one school settings for the right candidate. The working days would involve a mixed timetable of a range of KS3 and KS4 DT subjects, and ICT at KS3 within the timetable. This role would be best suited for a Design Technology specialist who is ICT savvy, or has an interest in computing.
£130 – £220 PER DAY Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Qualified Teacher Status OR experience of teaching in Secondary Schools as a Cover Supervisor.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of DT Teacher, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching Science in Secondary schools, ideally up to GCSE level. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Subject specialists. Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons. Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
