Deine Aufgaben
Als unser Digital Marketing & Content Manager (m/w/d) bist du die kreative Stimme und das visuelle Auge des Resort La Ginabelle. Gemeinsam mit der Direktion inspirierst du unsere Gäste digital, erweckst die Magie von Zermatt zum Leben und steigerst unsere Markenbekanntheit nachhaltig.

Storytelling & Content Creation: Produktion von packendem Bild- und Videomaterial (Fokus: Short-Form-Video/Reels) für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und die Website direkt vor Ort.

Social Media Management: Strategische Planung, Pflege und das Community-Management auf unseren Kanälen.

Erfolgsanalyse: Regelmässiges Monitoring und Reporting der Social-Media- und Newsletter-KPIs, um unsere Performance kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

E-Mail-Marketing: Konzeption, Gestaltung und Versand unserer Newsletter, um Stammgäste zu binden und Neukunden zu begeistern.

Brand Design & In-House Marketing: Kreative Gestaltung unserer Digital-Signage-Flächen im Hotel sowie Pflege und Erstellung von analogen und digitalen Marketingunterlagen (Flyer, Info-Materialien, etc.).

Website-Pflege: Aktuell-Halten unseres Webauftritts mit frischem Content und Texten.

Dein Profil
Du bist eine kreative und digitalaffine Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für Hotellerie und Tourismus. Du verfügst über:
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Erstellung von visuellen Inhalten und im Management von Social Media Kanälen.
- Ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik.
- Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Content- und Marketingstrategien.
- Digitale Kompetenz und ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Marketing-Tools und -Plattformen.
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und/oder Englisch.
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative.

- German
