    Hennis Care Centre of Bolivar is a family-owned skilled and operated skilled nursing facility. Our facility has four nursing units: Transitional Therapy, Rehab, Long-term Care, and Memory Care. We strive to provide our residents and employees with the best care possible.
    *About the position:*
    * *$1,000 Sign-on Bonus\**

    We are looking for reliable PRN Occupational Therapists to take excellent care of our residents while working together as a team, where you will:
    * Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
    * Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible.
    * Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment, preventative measures and adaptive equipment to prevent decline in resident function
    * Provide appropriate resident or caregiver education to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible
    * Maintain timely and accurate resident reports as required by federal, state and local regulations
    * Maintain HIPPA at all times
    Qualifications:
    * Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Ohio
    * Prior experience in long-term care/skilled nursing is a plus but not required
    * All applicants must complete a pre-employment physical as well as a drug and alcohol screen.
    * All applicants must have a criminal background check prior to employment
    Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
    License/Certification:
    * Occupational Therapy License (Required)
