Business Intelligence Architect/Developer (ID 64220) State of CO. 100% Remote. 14 months with option of extension. Based in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
5.1 Code and Data Review: Review and analyze current data processes and code used to generate State Performance Framework (SPF) reports.
5.1.2 Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors in the code and data flow.
5.1.3 Collaborate with technical teams to assess and improve ETL processes.
5.1.4 Provide recommendations for enhancing the codebase for optimal performance and accuracy in report generation.
5.2 Business Process Mapping and Documentation: Engage with program staff to understand and document business processes for generating state performance framework reports, document business rules, create process maps and workflows, ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
5.3 Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Lead sessions with program staff, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements; translate into functional specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation.
5.4 Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units; facilitate meetings; support ongoing communication to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proficient in SQL (4-6 years).
Remote availability; must work EST business hours; work in the United States.
Sr React Fullstack Developer with AWS Experience (ID 761348) Duration: 12+ months, with option for extension. Mostly remote; onsite in Raleigh, NC when requested. Must work EST business hours.
Responsibilities:
Lead React fullstack developer for Medicaid Transformation Project.
Design, develop, maintain ReactJS applications; build enterprise applications.
Develop using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, JavaScript, NodeJS, Build Tools.
Experience in ExpressJS, GraphQL, KnexJS, AWS‑SDK, REST Web Services.
Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS ECS, ECR, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, JIRA.
Understand enterprise architectural patterns, database concepts, Postgres, SDLC.
Preferred: experience in MMIS subsystems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions – 5 years.
React based application development – 5 years.
Strong debugging, problem solving, enterprise architecture knowledge – 5 years.
React, React Hooks, JavaScript, CSS – 3 years.
Node.js – 4 years.
Postgres, Knex.js – 2 years.
GraphQL – 5 years.
Verbal and written communication for technical and business audiences.
Experience with transition and transformation of large complex software solutions.
Agile methodology involvement – desired.
Medicaid Systems understanding – desired.
AWS EC2, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, ECS, CloudWatch, Security Groups – 3 years.
CI/CD pipeline deployment of AWS – 3 years.
AWS service APIs, CLI, SDKs – 2 years.
Docker, container orchestration – 3 years.
Security, Presentation, Services, Data Persistence, Execution layers experience – 3 years.
Monitoring, alarms, notifications for EC2 with CloudWatch and SNS – 3 years.
Cloud-based application development, deployment, debugging – 3 years.
