*Reports To:* CEO
*About the Role*
We are seeking a well-rounded Product Manager with project management and execution skills to lead innovation across a rapidly growing online marketplace platform. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, launching innovative products and features, and executing measurable business outcomes that improve profitability and customer experience.
You will work at the intersection of technology, data, customer experience, marketing, operations, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces experimentation, and has a passion for transforming ideas into scalable solutions.
*What You'll Do*
*Product Strategy & Innovation*
* Turn ideas and concepts into reality
* Develop and execute product programs aligned with company growth objectives.
* Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
* Lead ideation and validation of innovative products, features, and business models.
* Create product roadmaps balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
* Drive adoption of AI, automation, personalization, and data-driven experiences throughout the platform.
*Marketplace Growth & Optimization*
* Improve marketplace liquidity by increasing supply, demand, and successful transaction rates.
* Optimize customer journeys across acquisition, conversion, booking/purchase, and retention.
* Design and launch features that increase engagement, trust, and customer satisfaction.
* Develop solutions that reduce friction in pricing, search, discovery, payments, and fulfillment processes.
*Product Delivery*
* Write detailed product requirements and user stories.
* Partner closely with CEO, Engineering, Finance and Customer Service Teams
*Qualifications*
*Required*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
* 5+ years relevant experience.
* Experience working with digital marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, SaaS, or consumer technology platforms.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Preferred*
* Experience with two-sided marketplaces.
* Experience implementing AI-powered products or recommendation engines.
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
* Experience with experimentation frameworks and product analytics tools.
*Success in the First 12 Months*
* Launch multiple high-impact features that improve profitability, marketplace conversion and customer engagement.
* Increase marketplace transaction volume and successful booking/purchase rates.
* Establish a structured experimentation and innovation framework.
* Deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.

*Compensation:* Competitive base salary + bonus
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
