STORE ASSOCIATE

Blue Seal Farm & Home/ KENT Nutrition Group (KNG), a member of the KENT Corporation family of companies has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Store Associate at the Milford, NH store! This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package including health insurance, 401K plan, and an employee discount! This is a 40 hour/week position and will include weekend hours.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• Processing customer transactions
• Loading customer purchases
• Load customers correctly
• Merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Minimize shrink through accurate inventory management
• Other duties may be assigned by Store Manager as necessary
• Within Store, stock products and maintain store cleanliness
• Process cash out procedure when necessary

Experience & Qualifications:

• Retail or customer service experience helps but not necessary
• Ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
