The role As a Security Analyst at Zühlke you strengthen our clients’ defences by identifying, analysing, and responding to security incidents. You’ll work in an operational, client-facing role – detecting threats, investigating incidents like phishing or malware, and recommending improvements. Your focus will span proactive monitoring, threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and enhancing detection capabilities.

What’s important to us
2 years of experience as a Security Analyst or related fields (Security Engineering / Penetration Testing)
A completed university degree (university of applied sciences, ETH, or university) in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
Strong technical background in areas such as threat hunting, vulnerability management, cyber security architecture, and risk assessment
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust architectures, and relevant regulatory frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Enjoy working collaboratively, influencing decision‑making, and supporting clients in strengthening their overall security posture
Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning in the fast‑evolving cybersecurity landscape
Willingness to regularly perform on‑call duty in a proven setup. We value flexibility and focus on a healthy work‑life balance.
Strong communication skills, business-fluent German is a must, proficient command of English
