You will support clients who are fully insured and self-funded, typically ranging in size from 100 to 1,000 lives. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in employee benefits and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to obtain a Life & Disability insurance license is required.
