Amery, Hudson and Westfields

HealthPartners is looking for a Urologist to join our team in the beautiful St. Croix Valley providing urology services at Amery, Hudson and Westfields clinics. This is an excellent opportunity that offers a unique leadership opportunity to help build and grow our Urology practice across the region. The selected physician will play a key role in shaping service delivery, expanding patient access, and supporting future recruitment and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about practice development, collaboration, and innovation in specialty care. This clinician will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. This is a full-time position that requires both a Minnesota and Wisconsin license. Experienced Urologists as well as new grads are welcome to apply. Robotics is available at Hudson, offering physicians access to advanced technology.

PAY RANGE:

$460,000 - $750,000 for 1.0FTE

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on RVU productivity.

NEIGHBORHOODS

Amery has a little something for everyone - from outdoor enthusiasts to art aficionados and foodies. Located an hour from St. Paul, this city has relatively quick access to Twin Cities entertainment for weekend fun, while providing residents with that small-town feel they love. The 14-mile Stower Seven Lakes State Trail is one of the many highlights in and around Amery, which is great for cross-country skiing, biking, running and walking. The Amery Family Restaurant is a local favorite in terms of eats, while Amery Ale Works offers many great brews on tap.

Located along the St. Croix River and the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, Hudson is just 15 minutes east of St. Paul. Hudson is a charming city with a vibrant downtown retail district, excellent schools and stunning scenery. And with great local breweries, wineries and restaurants, there's no shortage of delicious eats and drinks. If you prefer the great outdoors, Willow River State Park and its gorgeous waterfall are just a short drive away.

The beautiful cities of New Richmond and Osceola, Wisconsin, are located right in the St. Croix River Valley. You'll find plenty to do in the surrounding area, like canoeing or kayaking on the river or walking with friends in the city parks. Both locations offer charming, historic downtowns with food and shops. About 45-50 miles from Minneapolis and St. Paul, you'll find the perfect balance of a small-town life and proximity to all the metro has to offer.
