You will work closely with the outside sales team to ensure customer loyalty is strengthened through appropriate measures.

The telephone approach to potential new customers is your tool for building and expanding our customer base. Research, appointments, and maintenance of our customer database and sales metrics come easily to you.

As a mediator between customers and specialist departments, you enable a clear information flow and smooth processing.

You independently create coherent, individual offers and presentations for new and existing customers.

With your commitment, you ensure the satisfaction of our customers and the long-term binding to our company while ensuring increasing order numbers.

You have successfully completed a commercial education, ideally as a/an Purchasing and Supply Chain Professional (m/w/d).

In addition, you have specialist knowledge in transport or forwarding.
