Job Duties:
  • Facilitate sales transactions and coordinate product supply, including monitoring shipping volume, collaborating with logistics coordinators, communicating supply planning to customers, and supporting supply chain improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals related to safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Steward inventory through ERP transactions, monitor demands and inventory levels, proactively identify supply risks, calculate forecast accuracy, receive and manage orders, provide visibility on inventory status, and monitor supply risks.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, work cross-functionally to achieve goals, and surface opportunities for logistics refinement.
  • Coordinate Bulk distribution to customers and neighboring island branches, support optimal inventory levels at clients and plants, perform demand or consumption analysis.
  • Cultivate visibility into operations: Analyze and manage costs to align vehicle utilization, optimizing routes and frequencies. Contribute to the formation of budgets. Ensure monitoring of efficiency indicators.
  • Perform accurate and relevant data analysis and proposes appropriate adjustments.
  • Maintain registrations, heavy-tax clearances, and maintenance for assigned scope.
Are You a Match?Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience managing international freight forwarders, optimizing global transit lanes, and overseeing end-to-end ocean and air cargo logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Hazmat shipping regulations (such as DOT, IMDG, or IATA) with a proven track record of ensuring strict fleet and warehouse compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing inventory control processes, maintaining stock accuracy, and aligning warehouse levels with daily distribution demands.
  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of logistics experience (preferred).
