As an Account Manager, you'll step into a high-impact role where you'll both manage key customer relationships and actively grow new business. This is a perfect opportunity for someone 24 years into their career who's ready to take the next stepowning accounts, building strategy, and directly influencing revenue.
You won't be doing this aloneyou'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and vendor partners to bring ideas to life and drive results.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across your accounts
- Learn your customers' businesses inside and outhow they operate, what they need, and where you can add value
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Own your pipelinefrom lead generation to closing deals
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Child Source and expand your network
- Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Customer Service, vendors) to deliver solutions and drive results
- Help develop account strategies, pricing approaches, and growth plans
- Bring forward ideas based on market trends and customer insights
- Present solutions confidently and negotiate new business opportunities
