Project Manager

Scout1Solutions is searching for a project manager with AHCA experience to join an ENR top 25 GC in Central Florida. Someone with structural experience for large healthcare projects. Markets include: commercial, healthcare, pharma/life science, education, multi-family, etc.

Experience/Education

• BS or MS degree in engineering or construction management
• 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger (preferably in healthcare construction and with a structural focus)
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong technical and communication skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
