Seeking a senior-level professional who can lead architecture discussions while remaining hands-on with implementation and delivery. Must-haves: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM experience Deep expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise ServiceNow IRM solutions Experience within large financial institutions or highly regulated environments Strong knowledge of Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Controls Testing, Issue Management, and Risk Management processes Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in downtown Chicago. Long-term contract with potential for full-time conversion.
