Job Summary Senior Sales Executive 2 – IS requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered. Responsibilities Solution Selling, Design and Proposal: Create tailored, multi-product solutions integrating hardware, software, and services for client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Technical Consultation and Presentations: Provide expert advice regarding design, customization, implementation and account management of technical products and conduct compelling product demonstrations. Collaboration, Negotiation and Closing: Coordinate with internal and external teams and partners to negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure seamless implementation. Meet with customers and engage in sales activities at customer site; communicate via phone, teleconference, e‑mail; travel to/from customer premises for sales activities. Provide subject‑matter expertise on technical sales issues; advise customers on suitability of products based on technical needs. Prepare proposals, presentations and bids, including development of pricing, strategic plans and proposed solutions. Research and develop solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering. Research customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales‑related experience. Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products and services. Experience managing mid‑size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision. Ability to manage an average quota or territory. Advanced data analysis, creative problem‑solving, and sound judgment. Experience leading presentations and mentoring less experienced peers. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $94,100.00 – $141,100.00 per year, with potential commission of $58,000.00.
