Marketing and Quality Assurance Specialist – Advanced Engineering Do you enjoy blending technical marketing with quality processes to deliver impactful engineering solutions? Join Quest Integrity, a Baker Hughes company, to support advanced engineering services and software. Your role will blend marketing, systems, and quality functions to deliver technical marketing materials, support events, manage document control, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies for Advanced Engineering services and software aligned with business objectives. Partner with team leaders and SMEs to create high‑quality marketing materials and value‑driven messaging. Edit and co‑write technical content such as white papers, abstracts, newsletters, and case studies. Review marketing communications and social media content for consistency, accuracy, and quality. Support development and execution of industry symposiums, client events, and conferences. Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Onboard and train users on document control processes and quality compliance standards. Manage and improve document workflows, metadata accuracy, and audit readiness processes. Ensure deliverables meet quality requirements, including reviews, approvals, version control, and archiving. Prepare and review documents for external submission, ensuring formatting and quality compliance. Collaborate with global quality teams to maintain templates, procedures, and workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred). 3–10 years of experience in technical marketing, preferably within engineering consulting or industrial software. Experience marketing or supporting engineering software solutions and consulting services. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives. Ability to translate complex engineering solutions into clear, compelling marketing content. Experience managing document workflows, metadata, and compliance processes. Strong technical editing skills and excellent command of the English language. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Work Environment Hybrid work environment with flexible working hours to support collaboration across time zones. This role requires current work authorization in the country of employment; the employer cannot provide sponsorship. Candidates must be located in or near the specified locations.
