Education/Qualifications
Four-year degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing or related field 3-5 years of digital marketing experience paid and unpaid Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing Google Ads certified, or ability to obtain preferred Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition Ability to develop recommendations from sets of data and oriented towards continuous improvement Functional understanding of HTML, CSS and SQL Ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as metadata, site speed optimization and related skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent oral and written communication skills Good problem-solving skills, willingness to dig into issues and present possible creative solutions Ability to be flexible and to collaborate as part of a growing, cross-functional team
