Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier III technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory , Group Policy (GPO) , replication, security, and permissions.
Manage hybrid Microsoft Office 365/Exchange environments.
Support Windows Server administration and system maintenance.
Monitor system logs, alerts, backups, recovery, and archiving (BURA).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
Support remote connectivity and endpoint devices, including Windows and iOS devices.
Escalate and coordinate complex issues with third-party vendors.
Maintain ITSM tickets and document resolutions according to SLA requirements.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base documentation.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior IT staff.
Support infrastructure projects and system improvements.
Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant work experience may substitute for education.
Experience
3+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support experience.
Experience with Tier III technical support.
