The opportunity Delaware North is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York.
In this role, you will lead the delivery and optimization of digital experiences, with a strong focus on digital production, website development, and platform integration. You’ll work across marketing, IT, and creative teams to ensure websites and digital assets are built, launched, and continuously enhanced to support performance goals and drive revenue.

Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79,900 - $107,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
Support the implementation and maintenance of Google Analytics
Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to leverage data to drive successful business decisions and digital experiences for stakeholders
Ensure the effectiveness and productivity of digital marketing efforts, including web, email marketing, social media, and digital content
Verify that all content is on‑brand, consistent, and optimized for search and social promotion
Identify new and effective ways to distribute content and ensure maximum return on investment
Monitor trends in web and social media and incorporate them to increase user engagement and content effectiveness
Analyze online statistics and website analytics, and use this data to maximize digital efforts
More about you
Bachelor’s degree required with experience directing digital marketing from a strategy and oversight level
Broad overall marketing experience at the consumer level with strong comprehension and knowledge of systems and tools, including content management systems, databases, email marketing platforms, website development, e‑commerce systems, and digital asset management systems
Experience with graphic design elements, video development and production, and digital content development, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or digital asset management tools
Strong HTML/CSS skills with experience troubleshooting formatting and rendering issues
Experience with Tableau or Google Data Studio for dashboard design, with the ability to technically optimize for on‑site performance
Experience with QA practices, email, and web testing tools
Understanding of UTM tracking, data flows, segmentation, and analytics fundamentals
Experience with SQL, AMPscript, or scripting logic for dynamic content
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or digital asset management tools, and experience with A/B testing methodologies
Experience with Web and e‑commerce hosting environments and payment gateway integrations
Familiar with compliance requirements, including CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, ADA, and PCI, along with fraud detection tools
