Responsibilities
Manages assigned project(s) covering all phases of project management.
Defines IT project requirements, quality standards and timelines; evaluates risks; determines specific activities to produce deliverables; evaluates deliverables and ensures readiness for next phase; addresses problems found in testing; ensures scheduled time frames are met; reports on delivery problems and provides performance data; provides regular progress reports; determines and evaluates testing.
Meet with stakeholders to determine needs and expectations; maintains regular contact to review applications and obtain feedback; manages and approves changes within assigned project(s).
Attends meetings, directs professional and/or technical staff.
Required Skills
Experience in IT Project Management
Knowledge/experience in Life Cycle Methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
Experience with Agile IT projects
Experience using Microsoft Office apps: SQL, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience in using Azure DevOps and GIT
Excellent Time Management skills
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Supervisory/Management Techniques skills
Ability to manage multiple demands or tasks on IT projects
Proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision‑making skills
Ability to review & evaluate IT project progress
Experience in developing & delivering presentations
Ability to communicate effectively on IT project information in a team setting
Experience Requirements
College degree – required
4 years relevant experience – required
6 years experience in IT Project Management – required
6 years ability to work independently and as part of a team – required
6 years strong communication skills, both written and spoken – required
6 years excellent time management skills – required
6 years supervisory/management techniques skills – required
6 years ability to manage multiple demands or tasks on IT projects – required
