Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented
Compliance Paralegal
with 1-3 years of experience, specifically in
campaign finance filings and regulatory compliance support . This role will support a busy compliance team and is ideal for candidates who thrive in deadline-driven environments requiring discretion and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file
PAC, lobbyist employer, and lobbyist employee filings
across 50+ jurisdictions Support political compliance obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions Assist with
CLE (Continuing Legal Education) approvals
across multiple states Track and maintain
attendee CLE credits
for organizational events Coordinate with speakers to collect required documentation for CLE applications Provide general
administrative and operational support
to the Compliance team Qualifications
1-3 years of
paralegal or compliance experience Required:
Hands-on experience with
campaign finance/compliance filings Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the
VP of Compliance Technology
Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint) SharePoint Additional Details
Overtime may be available as needed Strong emphasis on
confidentiality, discretion, and responsiveness Laptop provided
