Maintenance Manager Kildare Highly competitive salary Our client, a leading food manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at one of its production facilities in Kildare. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the site maintenance team to support production and operational targets. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime. Manage maintenance budgets, contractors and engineering resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor maintenance KPIs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and food safety standards. Support site projects, equipment upgrades and capital investment initiatives. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation. Develop, coach and support the maintenance team. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance management role within food manufacturing or a similar production environment. Engineering qualification or recognised mechanical/electrical trade background. Previous experience managing maintenance or engineering teams. Experience delivering projects within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication and people management skills. Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
