As a Behavior Treatment Technician, you'll see firsthand how consistent support, structure, and encouragement can help children gain independence and confidence in ways that truly change lives. Key Responsibilities Direct Client Support
Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy Support development of communication, social interaction, play skills, and daily living routines
Data Collection & Observation
Collect real-time data during sessions using designated systems and tools Accurately record behaviors, skill progression, and responses to interventions Identify trends or changes in behavior and communicate observations to the clinical team
Communication & Collaboration
Partner with supervisors to review client progress and receive coaching/feedback Communicate effectively with caregivers by sharing general session updates and observations Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in approach across sessions and environments
Compliance & Documentation
Follow all treatment protocols as written and maintain fidelity to clinical programming Complete session notes, data entry, and required documentation in a timely manner Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards (HIPAA), and safety procedures
Professional Conduct
Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment for clients Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism in attendance and performance
Qualifications Education
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Experience
Experience working with children required Prior ABA or behavioral experience strongly preferred Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus

Additional Requirements
Reliable transportation Ability to complete required training and maintain certifications Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
