This hands-on role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and variance analysis Manage month-end and year-end close Produce financial reports and management commentary Support budgeting and forecasting Manage cashflow and working capital Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and external stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 2-3 years' post-qualified experience Strong technical accounting knowledge Experience preparing management accounts Excellent Excel skills ERP systems experience, Business Central advantageous Strong analytical and communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary 5% employer xyswxtq pension contribution Career progression opportunities Supportive working environment Opportunity to join a recognised Great Place to Work If you are a match to the above role, please apply with your most recent CV to Bernadette Sisson for immediate consideration.
