Mechanical Lead (Finland) Mechanical lead required to join one of Europes leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Vaasa, Finland.The Mechanical lead will report into the MEP Lead and will be responsible for the working with a team of Mechanical Engineers ensuring the successful delivery of the projects Mechanical systems.

Responsibilities: Supervise a team of Mechanical Engineers.
Suggest appropriate design modifications to improve cost efficiency, facilitate construction schedules, and enhance specifications and quality completion.
Demonstrate commercial awareness.
Oversee construction to ensure quality workmanship and materials.
Coordinate with the contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure subcontractors and site personnel receive timely and accurate information.
Review and understand drawings and specifications, and promptly communicate any errors or omissions to the design team.
Determine project resource needs and lead and motivate the project team.
Ensure the highest standards of health and safety.
Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
7+ Years experience in a similar role.
Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
Experience in procurement, scheduling, programming and sequencing.
Experience leading MEP Teams.
Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
