To support the National In-Building Strategy & PMO team, the remote contract RF Design Engineer will drive operational efficiencies, manage complex technical deployments of in-building DAS systems, and coordinate strategic infrastructure lifecycle management initiatives. Key responsibilities
Review and approve in-building and venue DAS designs, ensuring alignment with centralized strategy and design standards Analyze network KPIs to recommend design strategies that improve capital and operational efficiency Lead execution of multi-site projects, managing vendor relationships and coordinating with internal teams to resolve project roadblocks
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field 7+ years of In-Building RF design and optimization experience 3+ years of technical project management experience iBwave Level 3 certification Proficiency in RF design for LTE and NR networks, with familiarity with network OEM equipment (Ericsson/Samsung)
