This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Overview As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be at the center of our customer interactions, helping them discover AT&T’s full suite of products, from the latest devices to personalized services. Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. Attend community events and fill online orders. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. Meet sales targets and earn commissions. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Compensation Hourly rate: $18.48 – $22.46 per hour plus commission. Total earnings can reach $62,460 per year with uncapped commissions.
