As a Senior Sales Exec 2 IS, you will drive profitable revenue growth by leveraging industry-standard networking solutions to design, sell, and implement complex technical products, value‑added services, and applications that solve strategic business needs for clients.
What you’ll do
Solution Selling, Design and Proposal: Create tailored, multi‑product solutions integrating hardware, software, and services for client needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Technical Consultation and Presentations: Provide expert advice regarding the design, customization, implementation and account management of technical products/services/applications/solutions and conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase solution benefits.
Collaboration, Negotiation and Closing: Coordinate with internal and external teams and partners to negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure seamless implementation.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of sales related experience.
What you'll bring
A mid‑level sales representative with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
Manage mid‑size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision. Responsible for an average quota or territory.
Utilize advanced data analysis, creative problem‑solving, and exercise judgment. Leads presentations and mentors less experienced peers.
If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I09 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity.
Duties directly related to making sales include
Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at customer site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e‑mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales.
Traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities.
Providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues.
Advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs.
Preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales.
Researching/developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering; researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales related experience.

Compensation Senior Sales Exec 2 IS, earns between $94,100.00 and $141,100.00 with commission potential of $58,000. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
