LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team serving underserved patients. In this on-site role, you will provide holistic, faith-informed nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, monitoring, and documentation. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, promote dignity and safety, and help remove barriers to health. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for mission-driven, community-focused care in a long-term care setting.
