This job leads the development and execution of complex sales incentive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving sales performance. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with senior leadership, and providing strategic insights to enhance incentive plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of complex sales incentive compensation programs
- Manage a team of compensation analysts and provide guidance on program implementation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align incentive plans with organizational objectives
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications :
- World at Work Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) certification
- Experience with Xactly
The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
Primary Location | Pay Range:
Chicago, Illinois | ($130,500.00 - $193,600.00 Annually)
Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:
San Jose, California | ($143,500.00 - $212,850.00 Annually)
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
