Seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician, the contract position will provide Tier 3 support primarily in a remote capacity for a large enterprise environment, troubleshooting and maintaining systems for over 10,000 users while assisting with technical project implementations. Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 3 support for workstation hardware and software Maintain and support operating systems on user workstations Manage incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Tier 3 desktop support 5+ years of experience supporting workstation operating systems 5+ years of experience in incident and service request management Must currently reside in Wisconsin Comfortable working remotely with occasional on-site visits
