A hugely successful, privately owned group of manufacturing companies is seeking multiple Trainee Sales Executives to join four of its businesses across the Midlands. About the Opportunity This is a genuine opportunity for hungry, up-and-coming sales professionals to step up to a bigger stage. Full training will be provided on all products, so experience in a specific sector is not required. What matters is attitude, ambition, and a proven track record of sales success in any environment. The Role As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and hitting targets within a supportive, high-performing environment. You'll benefit from comprehensive product training and the backing of an organization that invests in developing its people. Who We're Looking For 1-3 years' proven sales experience in any environment Demonstrated success in roles such as telesales, car sales, recruitment consultancy, or product sales Hunger to develop and grow within a larger business Attitude and drive that outweighs industry experience Based in the Midlands Why Join Us Competitive base salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 Uncapped commission structure
