Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor accounts payable staff Oversee high-volume invoice processing, coding, and approvals of the merchandising department Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments (check, ACH, wire) Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies Maintain and enforce internal controls and policies Monitor AP aging and support cash flow planning Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations Drive process improvements and automation efforts (AP systems, workflows) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 5+ years of AP experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Experience in high-volume, inventory-based environment (distribution/manufacturing) Strong understanding of 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) ERP/AP automation system experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000
