Accounts Payable Specialist

Staff Accountant
position.
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounts payable experience, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of general accounting principles. This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting while working closely with accounting leadership.
Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency Match invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents Review invoices for proper approvals and coding Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiries Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations Support general ledger maintenance and accounting projects Prepare reports and maintain organized financial records Assist with audits and other accounting-related initiatives Collaborate with the accounting team on process improvements Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Working knowledge of general accounting principles Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills What's Offered
