Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and job cost codes Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Communicate with vendors and internal project managers regarding payment status and issues Maintain organized and accurate AP records and documentation Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably within construction or a related industry Experience with high-volume invoice processing Strong understanding of job cost coding and project-based accounting Proficiency in accounting software Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with subcontractors, lien waivers, and compliance documentation Knowledge of construction billing processes and job costing systems Pay Details:
$27.00 to $30.00 per hour
