What You'll Do
Coordinate and maintain corporate governance records for domestic and foreign entities. Prepare and file annual reports, entity registrations, organizational documents, and compliance-related filings. Assist with board and shareholder materials, meeting minutes, and corporate resolutions. Track deadlines and maintain corporate calendars for filing and reporting obligations. Support attorneys with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and financing matters. Review, organize, and manage executed agreements and legal documentation. Conduct legal research and gather corporate information from various jurisdictions. Maintain legal databases, entity management systems, and document repositories. Assist with special projects within the legal and compliance departments. Qualifications
3-5 years of Corporate Paralegal experience. Experience working within a corporate legal department or business law practice. Knowledge of corporate governance, entity maintenance, and regulatory filings. Familiarity with commercial contracts and corporate documentation. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details:
$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
