Client: Florida Department of Transportation Location: FDOT Burns Building Work Type: Onsite Only (No Remote) Interview: Microsoft Teams or In-Person

FDOT is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support enterprise IT initiatives including digital transformation, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and system implementations. The candidate will lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption strategies across IT projects.

• 35 years of professional experience
• 13 years of project leadership and/or change management experience
• Experience supporting enterprise IT projects preferred

Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills

• Lead OCM activities for IT projects
• Develop communication, training, and adoption plans
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and implementation activities
• Track project milestones and ensure quality deliverables
• Collaborate with IT teams, leadership, and vendors
