This isn’t a typical data job and it’s not a standard admin role either. It’s a rare blend of analytical depth, data collection, and amazing Excel skills inside an award winning, people first, B Corp certified organisation.
You’ll work with large scale, often messy datasets (sometimes millions of data points), extracting, collating and uploading this onto portals and supporting the Data team and and company through critical compliance and reporting decisions. You’ll be trusted, supported, and encouraged to innovate because your ideas will help shape how the Data Services division evolves.

*The Role*
As a *Data Administrator*, you’ll sit at the intersection of great administration, advanced excel use and building great supplier relationships. You’ll ensure you support the team and wider business , while also contributing to the continuous improvement of the Data Services division.
*Core Responsibilities*
*Administration *
* Build strong, trusted relationships with your team and suppliers.
* Sending out templates to suppliers
* Ensuring accurate information by integrating detail
* Asking the right questions, and to provide clear, confident support.
*Data Management & Analysis*
* Collect and verify information
* Use advanced Excel to structure data, calculate averages, validate accuracy, and identify inconsistencies.
* Generate compliance submissions that meet legislative requirements
* Maintain high quality client databases and ensure data is complete, secure, and audit‑ready.
* Work closely with internal data specialists to uphold quality standards.
* Provide clear explanations of variances, risks, and commercial impacts.
*Growth & Commercial Impact*
* Spot opportunities for additional reporting, extended contracts, or wider services.
* Support tender responses, proposals, and service level agreements.
*Communication & Collaboration*
* Keep internal stakeholders informed of priorities, risks, and client feedback.
* Represent the brand voice with professionalism, clarity, and care.
* Work closely with the team, providing cover when needed and ensuring seamless communication.
*Planning, Reporting & Continuous Improvement*
* Produce forecasting, carbon efficiency, material handling, and legislative reports.
* Maintain dashboards in Google Data Studio.
* Analyse data accuracy and completeness, identifying areas for process improvement.
* Complete daily performance updates and monitor team reporting frameworks.
*Administration & Risk Management*
* Maintain internal systems, training records, manuals, and risk registers.
* Identify, document, and manage risks and non‑conformances.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal governance.
*About You*
This role would suit:
* A graduate with some relevant experience, or
* Someone early in their career with strong analytical and communication skills
* Or someone later in their career who is a fantastic Data Administrator
