The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing, communications, and promotional activity across the group.
The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving enquiries and bookings, maintaining a strong digital presence, supporting events and campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all communication channels.
Requirements: Experience creating and editing short-form video content and reels (essential).
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms professionally, with an understanding of content strategy and platform algorithms.
Experience supporting website content management and basic SEO.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing tools.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and email marketing systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience within tourism, hospitality, leisure, attractions, or events is advantageous.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day social media content creation and management, including planning, capturing, editing, and scheduling engaging photo and video content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others Develop reels, short-form video, stories, blogs, newsletters, and seasonal promotional campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings Create and update website content including landing pages, event listings, offers, and seasonal promotions Create high-quality digital content for campaigns, including reels, short-form video, graphics, email assets, and website content to promote events, offers, annual passes, groups, and seasonal activity.
Support the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across paid social and search channels.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications, targeting relevant audience segments.
Assist with traditional marketing activity including radio, print, outdoor advertising, hotel partner materials, flyers, posters, and local tourism promotions.
Create marketing collateral including brochures, signage, event materials, maps, and promotional literature to brand standard.
Track and report on marketing performance using social, website, and campaign data to identify what is working, recommend improvements, and support increased visitor numbers and ticket sales.
Produce regular campaign reports and performance summaries for the Group Head of Sales & Marketing.
Coordinate content capture before, during, and after events to maximise marketing output.
Attend key events where required to support on-site marketing and content delivery.
