The successful candidate will lead delivery across their assigned section coordinating civils, MEP interfaces, site development activity, and utility works while ensuring the package progresses safely, on programme and to specification.
Duties: Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, the Section Manager will take responsibility for ensuring full compliance with company HSQE standards and requirements across their section Carry out detailed reviews of work packages to confirm that all information, drawings and permits are in place for safe and efficient execution Manage the day-to-day supervision, coordination and reporting of direct labour, subcontractors, plant and material allocations on their section Complete post-construction walkdowns and capture the information required to compile accurate As-Built records Engage proactively with the client, design team, consultants, statutory bodies and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the delivery phase Requirements: A third-level qualification in Civil / Building / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is desirable but not essential strong site delivery experience on complex projects is what matters most Proven supervisory experience on large civils, power, industrial or mission-critical schemes Location of Underground Services training Signing, Lighting and Guarding training Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across trades and disciplines Comfortable working with minimum supervision in a fast-paced delivery environment Full Driving Licence Package: €75k€85k DOE Company vehicle / travel allowance Pension Comprehensive benefits package If you're a Section Manager or Site Manager considering your next move, send your CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
