Your new role As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation's People & Culture strategy.
Partnering closely with senior leaders and business units, you will provide practical, solutions-focused HR support across the full employee life will act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition activities.
Leading on key HR programmes, you will drive initiatives across engagement, retention, compensation and benefits, and governance, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to people management.
This role also involves coaching managers, handling employee relations matters, contributing to HR projects, and supporting the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
You will collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure a high-quality and consistent HR service across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in HR Business Partnering, with proven experience influencing stakeholders and delivering strategic and operational HR will bring: A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HRBP role Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and HR best practice Experience leading recruitment campaigns and working within talent acquisition Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level Experience using HRIS systems (experience with BambooHR desirable) Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Experience within a public sector or semi-state environment, along with exposure to audit and governance processes, would be advantageous.
