Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to be based out of Eugene location Reporting to the Shift Lead. The QA Inspector will run various quality control checks on the product to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
Preform quality control tests as required
Execute andmaintainall necessary paperwork and documentation
Train all employees, including new hiresin the area ofquality
Ensure that all shifts preform quality test and procedures
Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracy
Ensure all weights for production are recorded accurately
What you’ll bring:
Minimumeducational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent
1-2 Years' Experience in QA, ability to lead Troubleshooting Sessions with Production, Perform Customer Return Analysis and generate reports to support Quality Leads.
Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.50/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
