About Your New Job As the Senior Line Equipment Technician, you will serve as the subject matter expert for equipment and provide hands-on support for production processes. Lead in-depth Root Cause Analysis investigationsfor equipment failures, implementing permanent systemic engineering fixes beyond routine troubleshooting. Takeprimary ownership of downtime data analysispresenting weekly trends and action plans to management. Develop concept designs, prototypes, and production tooling (jigs, fixtures, etc.), ensuring optimal equipment performance at all times. Execute and improve Preventative Maintenance (PMs),ensuring equipment reliability and supporting line stability and cost-reduction projects. Lead the management and availability of consumables and tooling, and support onboarding and technical guidance for new technicians and the production teams. What Skills You Need ALevel 7 qualificationin a technical discipline. Minimum 3 years experiencein medical device manufacturing/CER as an equipment or process technician. Automated equipment maintenance experience in a regulated environment. Essential: Electrical fault findingcandidates must have hands-on experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and drawing packages (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong technical report writing skills and a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ideally, a track record of technical hobbies reflecting your mindset.
