Compensation $20.00 $23.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule (Expected Hours Per Day) Monday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Required / Preferred Software & Technology Experience Dentrix iTero scanning Digital X-rays Ideal Experience & Qualities Experienced Dental Assistant (must-have) Highly organized, punctual, and dedicated Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of their role Comfortable supporting a fast-moving clinical environment

Forward Dental - Mequon, Like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve.

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
