Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and maintain SQL queries, ETL processes, and reporting pipelines
Support recurring reporting procedures, including validating and reconciling data from multiple system sources
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and contribute to automation initiatives
Investigate data discrepancies and help resolve root causes
Contribute to data-related initiatives by helping define requirements, proposing improvements, and implementing enhancements
Perform system administration tasks (user access, configuration updates) for assigned applications
Communicate effectively with technical and business partners
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, data analytics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a financial, data, or analytical role (FP&A experience is a plus)
Strong SQL (SSMS) and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Basic Python experience (simple scripts for automation)
Experience with data validation, reconciliations, and KPI/reporting development
Experience with Power BI, Hyperion, or Visual Studio is a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $125,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
