Overview Lead the design and implementation of secure Okta configurations to strengthen MFA controls and overall identity security posture. Responsibilities Define the target state for Okta hardening Establish a security baseline and configuration standards Design the MFA segmentation model (external populations / tenants) Define KPIs and hardening score model Oversee Terraform-based deployments (IaC) Support migration to Okta Identity Engine (OIE) Provide guidance during ITP (Identity Threat Protection) PoV Requirements Robust expertise in Okta (architecture & security) Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Experience with MFA strategies and identity security Valuable understanding of Okta tenants / external user management Ability to define architecture, frameworks, and governance Nice to have Experience with Okta ITP Experience with OIE migrations Exposure to large-scale IAM programs ACCESSIBILITY We’re committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported, and has the chance to reach their full potential.
