:
This position would be a slight variation on a position currently already on Carl's team. Carl has two System Testers on his team. They work to look at mapping documents, write test plans, and execute test plans. This testing is based on verifying business requirements in the data, sanity checks, looking at the source-to-target mappings, and so on. The twist on this position is that in addition to those roles, we also want this position to start setting up repeatable tests using a Test Data Management solution we own. In essence, today, we test everything, over and over, manually. We want to automate the regression testing and only test "new net" changes ongoing. The test tool is part of the Ab Initio product suite, so I doubt you have many candidates that know it, but a history in performing this work in general would be great. This is a new thing for us, so extensive experience will be needed.
