Location: 800 Cabin Hill Dr, Greensburg, PA 15601 Work with onsite team doing computer builds and adhoc software/hardware repairs with minimum 3 years of desktop support experience. Primary day-to-day responsibilities entail creating and resolving desktop issues for First Energy employees onsite and remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/laptop break/fix items: Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support. Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications. Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference). Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool. Top 2 required skills that candidates must have: Great customer service, desktop support (Win10 and Office 365). Work schedule: (M-F) 8am-5pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No. Overall years of experience: 12-24 months enterprise desktop support. Specific certifications or education: CompTIA A+. If contract to hire, what is the conversion rate? Not more than $24/hr.
