To support a federal agency's IT needs, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator II will troubleshoot and repair physical IT systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure system backups and updates are executed effectively. Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair various physical IT systems Assist in preventative maintenance and ensure backups and updates of key systems Provide technical support and guidance to users while maintaining system integrity
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-4 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree Experience in Windows System Administration Customer service experience Familiarity with Microsoft-based operating systems (Windows 10 and Server 2012 or higher) Working knowledge of VMWare and remote solution software
