Job Details Job Location: Tonkin Gresham Honda - Gresham, OR 97060 Salary Range: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Parts Counter Sales Job Responsibilities Promptly and accurately assist technicians at the parts counter with parts needed for Honda service and repair orders Support fast-moving service operations with efficient parts fulfillment Manage online parts and accessories orders from intake to fulfillment, including shipping and customer communication Handle wholesale accounts, including taking phone orders, quoting prices, and building relationships with local repair shops Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers, offering product knowledge and great service Receive, stock, and organize inventory with attention to accuracy and detail Monitor parts levels and help maintain accurate records of stock and movement Collaborate with the Parts Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace at all times Schedule Tues-Sat, Full Time Benefits and Compensation Pay Range: $5,000-$7,000 per month Employer-subsidized Medical and Dental insurance, with comprehensive coverage options Company-Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan, and text-based Telehealth Various voluntary benefit options including Short and Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Pet, and additional life insurance for you and your family 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off that begins accruing from Day 1 Exclusive employee pricing for you and your family on parts, service, and vehicles Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training a plus Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, or inventory management preferred Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist both technicians and retail customers Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, inventory management, and online sales Ability to lift and carry parts as needed and work on your feet for extended periods Corporate Requirements Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
